He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Peggy Bowling Lively; his wife Pamela Hayes; his daughters, Alexus Dillon (Andrew) of Bunn Level and Shannon Hayes (James Dickson) of Cary; his sisters, Gina Wheeler of Raleigh and Sabrina Pierce of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Kyle, Lucas Dickson, Heather, Brayden, Colten, Holden Dillon, Baby and Gracelyn Dillon; his close friend Teresa Wilson; his father Willie Hayes; and his brother Randolph Hayes. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
