With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wade Stanley Whitley (Willow Spring, North Carolina), who passed away on September 7, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Wade Whitley and Hazel Clark Whitley; and his sister Ann Simpkins. He is survived by : his wife Hilda Walton Whitley; his children, Lisa Ogburn of Winston-Salem and Tommie Wade Whitley (Bonnie) of Willow Spring; his siblings, Jeanette Stevens (Jimmy) of Garner and William Haywood Whitley (Patsy) of Dunn; his granddaughters, Andrea Stephenson of Raleigh and Jami White (Brandon) of Willow Spring; and his great grandchildren, Caiden White and Zander White of Willow Spring. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
