He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Mike Smith and Dawn Smith; his brother Seth Smith; his grandparents, Samuel, Betty Bradsher, Jim and Joy Cottle; his aunts and uncles, Jimmy, Kristy Smith, Ginger Smith, Earl, Robin Thompson and Rich Cottle; and his cousins, Chelsea Thompson, Corey Biggs, Cody Biggs, Tanner Blue, Caitlyn Biggs, Bethanie Gore Pantlin and Mason Lutz.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Bayley's Beans Memorial Fund to help advocate, support, and educate families affected by kidney disease.
