It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Spargo Safrit of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pinkie Asbury and Lloyd Spargo. She is survived by: her children, Mike Safrit (Valerie Safrit) and Kelly Safrit; and her grandchildren, Madeline and Michael Safrit.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Jude's Metropolitan Community Church (19 N 26th St, Wilmington, NC 28405).
