With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bobbie Covington of Wilmington, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Bobbie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of their physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of their spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Bobbie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, their energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location. Due to COVID-19 and OTHER VIRUSES FACE MASK are advised for Services.
