It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Oliver Woodall Jr. of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Oliver Woodall, Sr. and Mary Louise Stewart Woodall; and his brother-in-law Mike Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Betsy Johnson Woodall of Wilmington; his children, Todd Woodall (Jennifer) of Wilmington and Amy Woodall Baxley (Brian) of Hampstead; his grandchildren, Emily, Molly, Karly Woodall, Carson and Bryson Baxley; his siblings, Ronnie Woodall (Doris) of Benson and Debbie Woodall Jones (A. J.) of Benson; and his sisters-in-law, Susie Johnson Chandler (Will) of Benson and Linda Boykin Johnson of Greensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery (605 N Wall St, Benson, NC 27504).

Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
