It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight Foster (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight T. Foster and Anna Rogers Foster. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jeanette Thigpen Foster; his children, Tacey Elizabeth Borneman (Michael) of Wilmington, NC, John M. Copeman (Diane) of Wilmington, NC and Stephanie Gilbert (Corky) of Winnabow, NC.; his grandchildren, Mikey, Dwight Borneman (Chris), Sophia, Bianca Copeman, Shannon Czajkowski (Joe) and John H. Gilbert (Bridget); his great grandchildren, Mason and Madelyn Gilbert; his nephew Jonathan Barber; his niece Alicia Dickson (Rick) of Marietta, GA; his great-niece Hannah; his great-nephews, Joshua, Joseph and Benjamin; and also, Kainoa of Fuquay and Elizabeth Barber (Robert) of Fuquay.
