She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Vann and Joanne Gmaz Vann; her husband Philip Pearsall; and her siblings, Arthur Vann and Cynthia A. Vann.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory V. Austin of Pinehurst, NC and Ashley A. Kelly of Raleigh, NC; her granddaughter Lily Elizabeth Austin; her siblings, Susan V. Galluzzo, Sarah V. Wyne, Gooche V. Stricklin, Liza V. Smith, H. Wood Vann, Peter L. Vann, Amy V. Efland, John M. Vann and David A. Vann; and her stepsons, Keith Pearsall and David Pearsall.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (125 S 3rd St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Eden Village of Wilmington NC, The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina or any charity of your choosing.
