He is survived by: his wife Pamela Baker Bloodworth; his sons, Scot and Nicholas Bloodworth; his grandchildren, Katelyn Bloodworth, Samantha Milia and Alex Bloodworth; his great grandchild Lilly Bloodworth; his siblings, Danny Bloodworth and Elizabeth Jo Lanier (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Mary Bloodworth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
