It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Cowell of Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Jacksonville, Arkansas, who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Robyne Cowell; and his children, Nicholas Cowell (Jacqueline), Octavias Thomas Cowell (Codie) and Jessica Wendt (Brandin). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; along with a host of relatives and friends.
