He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie Bly; his daughters, Mackenzie Wiley, Katie Bly and Kendel Bly; his grandson JJ Hedgepeth; his stepfather Bert Quinlivan; his siblings, Allison Holt (Lloyd) and Joseph Bly (April); his son-in-law Taylor Wiley; and also, Codee and Landon Cruz.
