We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2021, at the age of 84, Janice Specter Kingoff of Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hyman Specter and Bertha Specter; her husband William Kingoff; her son Robert Kingoff; and her brother Roland Specter.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Kingoff (Vanessa Diaz), Andrew Kingoff and Koula Poulos Katsikis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations may be made to the Janice Kingoff Jewish Education Fund at B'nai Israel Synagogue, 2601 Chestnut St, Wilmington, NC 28405 and to Friends of UNCW, 601 S College Road, Wilmington NC 28403.
