He was predeceased by : his father Jerry Lee Haynes; his nephew Joseph Haynes; and his pets, Emmitt and Peppers. He is survived by : his significant other Teresa Anne De Stefano; his mother Carol Musolf; his stepfather Lee Musolf; and his brothers, Grant Haynes (Holly) and Mark Haynes (Debi). He is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews.
