In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lassie Bell Barrueta leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Lassie Bell Barrueta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen "Steve" Miller; her daughters, Jennifer Miller and Jessica Miller; and her sisters, Evelyn B. Meares and Maud B. Livingston (Paul). She is also survived by one grandchild, two generations of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest donations be made to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare (Hospice), whose on-site team provided both care and comfort in Lassie's final days.
