It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Sue Clark Connell (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Clark and Verona Clark. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Clark Connell, Sr.; her daughters, Jacquelin Connell Pennington, Su-Anne Connell Avant, Vanecia Watson and Belinda Baker; and her grandchild Thomas Clark Connell Jr.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.
