She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Sullivan; her parents, Nannie Boykin Bunn and James Dudley Bunn; and her daughters, Vicki Ann Sullivan and Virginia Sullivan Lamm.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Wendy Lamm Shearon (Cameron); her great grandchildren, Brooke, Nicole and Natalie Shearon; her son-in-law William Lamm (Gladys) of Raleigh, NC.; and her close friend Frances Hyde.
