He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Bradshaw and Rebecca Casey Bradshaw of Wayne County; his son Keith Bradshaw; and his siblings, Nathan Bradshaw, Mary Ann Carter, Clifton "Buck" Bradshaw and Becky Atabay.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Batts Bradshaw; his children, Teresa Lamm (Willie) of Rocky Mount, Marsha Morris (Benjamin) of Rocky Mount and Carlton Bradshaw (Melissa) of Leland; his grandchildren, Stewart Lamm (Melissa), Brittney Dudley (Nick), Faith Morris, Noah Morris and Amelia Bradshaw; his great grandchildren, Halie Lamm, Hannah Lamm, Sophie Lamm, Milly Lee, Elaina Dudley and Elizabeth Dudley; his great great grandchild J. Lee; and his sister Joyce B. McDaniel (Joe) of Wake Forest.
