He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Frances Noe Harper. He is survived by: his father Albert Harper of Pennsylvania; his fiancée Tammy Webb Greene; his children, Anthony Harper of Pennsylvania, Mason Greene of Elm City, Byron Webb of Wilson, Hannah Webb of Wilson and Angel Webb of Wilson; his grandchildren, Emma Rylee Webb and Aiden Webb; and his siblings, Susan Hillyer of Maryland, Jen Harper of Pennsylvania and Albert Harper of Arizona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
