He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Williams; his son Henry Williams; and his brother Norman Williams. He is survived by: his children, Carla Bryant (Dick) of Wilson, Carl "Bubba" Williams, Jr. (Joy) of Pikeville, Perry Williams (Diane) of Chocowinity and Spencer Williams (Trina) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Randy Young, Leigh Ann Bryant, Scott Williams, Amy Alligood, Madison Williams, Drayton Williams and Elery Williams; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Haleigh, Bryce, Conner, Coleman, Levi, Carleigh and Maddox; and his siblings, Bonnie Stophel of Eden, Llewellyn Jones of Wilson and Bill Williams of Wilson.
