She was predeceased by: her son Wilbur Wilson; her parents, Janie Howell and Joseph Robert Taylor; and her siblings, Frances Sharpe and Johnny Taylor.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Wilson (Annie) of Middlesex, James Wilson of Wilson and Tony Wilson of Wilson; and her siblings, Debbie Harris (Robbie) of Wilson, Helen Hendershot (Norman) of Minnesota, Dolly Taylor (Jonas) of Virginia, Patsy Mooring (David) of Wilson, Jimmy Taylor (Bonnie) of Wisconsin and Billy Taylor of Carolina Beach. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
