It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Jean Joyner Perry of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer "Bud" and Polly Nesbitt Joyner. She is survived by: her son Marty Perry (Robin); her grandchildren, Tabitha Perry and Shawn Perry (Jennifer); her great grandchild Ava Marie Perry; her brother Dennis E. Joyner (Ginny); and her pet Georgia. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
