He is survived by: his wife Sue B. Prescott; his children, Leigh Ann Urbaniak, Terri Collette Ratigan and Charles E. Prescott, Jr.; his granddaughters, Amanda Prescott, Brooke Prescott, Hannah Prescott, Samantha Nocerino, Heather Urbaniak, Breanna C. Ratigan and Kirsten E. Ratigan; his great grandchildren, Payton Prescott, Tyler Urbaniak, Aydan Urbaniak, Savannah Stevens, Leila Stevens, Mckenzie Stevens, Harper Stevens and Tayton Stevens; and his siblings, Susan Cooper, Joyce Allen and Danny Prescott.
