He is survived by: his wife Ladoris Diggs; his children, Cleavon Craig Diggs of Poughkeepsie, NY, Kevin Lamont Diggs of Raleigh, NC and Vanessa Denise Alisia Rawlings (Bernard) of Greensboro, NC; his grandchildren, Delise, Tamara, Brandon, Monica, Sascha, Tamia and Marcus; his sister Shirley Osborne of Bronx, NY; his brother-in-law Wallace Polland of Queens, NY; and his aunt Arbor Fox of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
