She was predeceased by: her mother Nannie P. Barnes; her husband James Myles, Sr.; and her daughter Joan Barnes Rawlings. She is survived by: her sons, James Myles, Jr. and Frederick "Ricky" Myles, Sr.; and her granddaughters, Tracie B. Lindsey and Connie Myles-Flowers. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
