He is survived by: his wife Rachael Parker; his children, Ethan Parker and Carmen Parker; his mother Cecilia Parker of Jacksonville; his siblings, Kathy Parker Abril (William) of Jacksonville, Alice Parker Shackelford (Tony) of Greenville, Melissa Parker Tsao (Doug) of Holly Springs and Timothy Parker (Sonia) of Cary; his siblings-in-law, Carole Kyler Krizon (Mark) and Garth Kyler (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Kristina Abril Granados (David), Melany Abril Medina (Michael), Christian Abril, Bradley Shackelford, Lauren Shackelford, Joshua Shackelford, Victoria Parker, Leo Parker, Luna Parker, Brock Tsao, Lucas Krizon (Belinda), Margaret Krizon, Olivia Krizon, Gwendolyn Krizon, Garrett Krizon, Isabelle Krizon, Hellen Kyler and Jennifer Kyler; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carter Gant, Carson Gant, Cecilia Gant and Josie Krizon.
