He is survived by: his daughters, Gail T. Prince Campbell of Brooklyn, NY, Brenda Arab Payne of New Jersey, Donna Williams Bell of Virginia, Kendra Phillips Griffin of New York and Leah Campbell of North Carolina; his brothers, Robert Payne of Arizona, Walter Payne of Maryland and Hughey Payne of Maryland; and his former wives, Estelle Payne Strickland and Shirley Fullerton Campbell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
