She was predeceased by: her husband Lt. John Lee Jennings; her grandson Ethan; and her close friend Mollie. She is survived by: her children, Susan Johnson (Mike) of Fountain, Dr. John Lee Jennings (Estelle) of Goldsboro, Russell W. Jennings of Virginia Beach, VA and David B. Jennings of Hertford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
