She was predeceased by: her stepfather J. D. Parker; her husband Edward Lee Harrell; her daughters, Donna Rae Mullins and Brenda Mullins Radford; her son-in-law Steve L. Radford; her son Jeffrey Gordon Mullins; her daughter-in-law Sandra Dew Mullins; and her friend Robert Henry Bradshaw of Stantonsburg.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Harrell Stocks (Wally) of Wilson; and her grandchildren, Steve Mullins (Lisa) of Bailey, Michael 'Tony Radford (Crystal) of Apex, Roger Radford (Becky) of Apex, Wendy Mullins Pone (Mandingo) of Wilson and Stacey Radford Miller (Chad) of Cullowhee. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
