She is survived by: her children, Janice Jenkins, Linda Barnes, Joyce Evans of Wilson, NC, Willie Lee Boykin, Jr. (Beatrice) of Elm City, NC and Kenneth Boykin (Rita) of Wilson, NC; and her sister Elder Mary Simon. She is also survived by forty-nine grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, ten great- great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
