She was predeceased by: her husband Mack McKeel; her daughter Donna McKeel; her parents, Charlie Thompson and Myrtle Carpenter Thompson; and her siblings, Barbara Hare, James Thompson and C. A. Thompson.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike McKeel (Jane) of Wilson and Greg McKeel (Cindy) of Mayfield, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Sara Flood (Lee), Rachel Wellborn (Tyler) and Quinton McKeel (Kaitlyn); and her sister Kay Baltzegar of Wilson.
Due to Covid 19 a private interment will be held in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson.
