He is survived by: his wife Zelma Ruth Henry Winbourne; his children, Deborah W. Whitlow (Mark) of Columbia, SC and James W. Winbourne (Jennifer) of Hanover, PA; his daughter-in-law Kathy Winbourne of Ashley, OH; his grandchildren, Anisa Winbourne, Emily, Elizabeth, Eric Whitlow, James, Emmett and Elijah Winbourne; his great grandchildren, Kade and Kolton; his sisters, Doris Jean Miller of Hampton, VA and Betty Gail Baker (Cecil) of Gafton, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Winbourne of Hampton, VA and Warren M. Henry Jr. (Karen) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
