She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Allen and Annie Belle High Allen. She is survived by: her son Matthew Pridgen (Meghan) of Raleigh; her grandson Joshua Pridgen; her stepgrandsons, Caleb Powlitch and Ethan Powlitch; her siblings, Patricia Capps (Phil) of Wilson, Peggy Hall (Phil) of Wilson, Rose Caffee (Jesse) of Leland, Wilbert Allen "Sam" Allen, Jr. of Wilson, Dennis Ray Allen of Sims and Timothy Dale Allen (Terri) of Stanhope; and her pets, Cassie and Belle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
