It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Owens of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Owens; her daughter Debbie Bass Whitley; her mother Reba Mercer Fox; her aunt Becie Barnes; and her son-in-law David Bonsall.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon B. Bonsall of Wilson; her grandchildren, Joseph Curtis Vick of Wilson, James Vick (Casandra) of Elm City and Emily Bonsall of Wilson; her great grandchildren, Alexis and Briana Vick; and her sister Mary Brantley of Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
