It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Thompson (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Edna Dixon Thompson of Wilson County. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Laura Bartholomew (Ricky) of Princeton and Jammie Hand of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Morgan Boyer, Josh Boyer and Jordan Bartholomew; his stepgrandchildren, Rick Bartholomew and Harley Bartholomew; his siblings, Martha Moore (Ricky) of Atlantic Beach, Mary Thompson of Wilson, Joe Thompson of Cary and Jack Thompson of Wilson; and his pet Chloe.
