She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Winders and Marie Sauls Winders; and her brother Richard Sauls. She is survived by: her husband Gary Winstead of Rock Ridge; her son Jason Winstead (Cheryl) of Lucama; her grandsons, Carson Winstead and Camden Winstead of Bailey; and her siblings, Sherwood Winders (Stephanie) of Goldsboro, Vivian Nordan (Earvin) of Lucama and Betsy Webb (Larry) of Wilson.
