It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Proctor Beaman (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hines "Bob" Beaman; her parents, Jesse Proctor and Pauline Proctor; and her brothers, Dalton Proctor and David Proctor.

She is survived by: her son Robert "Bobby" David (Donna Marie Beaman) of Wilson; her granddaughter Ashley Marie Beaman of Wilson; and her brother Robert P. "Buddy" Proctor of Winston-Salem.
