She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Nickson Brown; her grandson Stephen Pastucha; her sisters, Evelyn Kenard, Mildred Prescott and Ruth Sperlazza; and her siblings' children, Gary Kenard and Patricia Prescott Del Vecchio.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Pastucha (Steve) of Milton, FL, Angela Norris (Jeffrey) of Zebulon, David Nickson Brown (Mary) of Raleigh and Laura Hoefle (John) of Vieques, PR; her grandchildren, Diana Norris Chen (Tzu), Tabitha Pastucha (Brian Lewis), Sarah Norris Dalrymple (Alex), Richard Norris (Stephanie), Meredith Pastucha Witt (Chris), Ryan Brown and Ciara Brown; her great grandchildren, Olivia Marie Lewis, William Louis Dalrymple and Emma Katelyn Chen; and her sibling's children, Barbara Kenard Land, Steve Kenard, Charles Prescott, Susan Prescott Cooper, Daniel Prescott, Joyce Prescott Allen, John Sperlazza and Thomas Sperlazza.
