He is survived by: his sons, David (Trang) of San Francisco, CA, Scott (Idah) of Nashville, TN and Craig (Hanny); his granddaughter Mia of Glendale, CA; his sisters, Betty White of Phoenix, AZ and Dorothy Jarman of Wilson; and his sister-in-law Martha Ford of Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
