It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Barbour (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Callie Holmes and Aldus Howard Barbour; his siblings, Gene Barbour, Mag Young and Faye Nance; and his grandson Brian Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Lottie Smith Barbour; his daughters, Beverly Cannon (Jerry) of Pikeville, Janet Creech (Steve) of Plymouth and Susan Brinson (Kelvin) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Lindsay Cannon, Jennifer Hill (Preston), Matthew Brinson (Summer) and Andrew Brinson; his great grandchildren, Jalynn Holliday, Jayna Holliday and Lily Hill; and his sisters, Dorothy Smith of Garner, Betty Sawyer of Oxford and Helen Barbour of Raleigh.
