She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Pete Newcomb Jr. of Bailey and Sam Newcomb (Linda) of Snow Hill; her sisters, Frances Mayberry of Greensboro and Rose Johnson of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Wesley Newcomb (Nannette) and Rita Newcomb; and her great grandchildren, Allie Creech and Brayden Gregory.
