It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Daughtridge (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daughtridge and Hattie Lee Bynum Daughtridge; his grandson Terrance Faison; and his siblings, Henry Daughtridge, James Daughtridge, Phil Daughtridge, Sidney Daughtridge, Luby Daughtridge, Joe Daughtridge, Marie Daughtridge Billy and Luella Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Spell Daughtridge; his children, Pastor Ricky Lee Daughtridge (Cynthia) of Wilson, NC, Thomas Ray Daughtridge (Angelia) of Wilson, NC, Donnie Ray Daughtridge (Laverne) of Wilson, NC and Margaret Ann Daughtridge; his grandchildren, Ricky Jr., Tavian, Taria, Vivian, Tiffany D., Cameryn, Brandon, Tiphani, Sharistel, Charyn, Danielle, Michael, Rayshaun, Lavita, Lavonte', Terrence and Krystal; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Chestnut of Wilson, NC, Brenda Pope Sauls of Wilson, NC and Susan Chestnut Brown of Baltimore, MD; his niece Candy Johnson; and also Magdalene Daughtridge Smith of Wilson, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
