She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle V. Cramer and Bertha Wyman Cramer; and her sister Norma L. Cramer Darrow. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Ray Rutter; her children, Marjorie Lynn Harris (Butch) of Butler, Alabama, Timothy Wayne "Tim" Gemmill (Kathy) of Liverpool, Andrew Joseph "Andy" Gemmill of Hitchcock and Peter Thomas "Pete" Gemmill (Dawn) of Alvin, Texas; her stepsons, Mark Dennis Rutter (Brenda) of Virginia, Scott Christopher Rutter of Ft. Lauderdale and Todd Steven Rutter (Kathy) of Tucson, Arizona; and her brother James Scott Cramer (Beverly) of Nevada City, California.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
