She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Bass of Elm City and Gail Garris (Danny) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Amie Whitehead (Will) of Wilson, Tracy McKeel (Jarrod) of Walstonburg, Mitch Bass (Kim) of Elm City and Jason Bass (Jan) of Kentucky; and her sister Mamie Ruth Overby of Elm City. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
