She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Bessie Bissette Bailey; and her brother C. T. Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Willie Rufus Hawley; her daughter Vicki H. Lentz (David) of Kenly; her grandson David Corbett Lentz, Jr. (Lisa); and her great grandchild Bailey Nicole Lentz of Kenly.
