She is survived by: her children, Kathy Carter (David) of New Bern, Terry Beacham (Donna) and Vernon Mason, Jr. (Andy) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Brittany Beacham, Wolfgang Beacham (Victoria) and Graham Carter (Blair); her great grandchildren, Alonna Beacham, Zoe Beacham, Cade Carter and Talon Beacham; and her sisters, Shelby Bordeaux of New Bern and Emma Jane Hart of Bridgeton.
