He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Fuller and Helen Kent; and his brother Jerry McNeil Kent. He is survived by: his wife Ruby E. Fuller; his daughter Nichey Fuller of Cary, NC; his stepdaughter Kimberly Bryant (James) of Clifton, NJ; his sisters, Geraldine Artis of Wilson, NC and Frances Chestnut of Wilson, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Ellis, Stanley Parker (Barbara), Jonathan Parker (Sandra), Patricia Kelly, Brenda Simms and Susan Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
