She is survived by: her husband George Fulghum; her sons, Cale Fulghum (Joy) of Sims and Mike Fulghum of Sims; her siblings, Patsy Thompson (Wayne) and Ronnie Winstead (Lynn); and her sister-in-law Nancy Winstead. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
