He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Walston Lewis; and his parents, P. M. Lewis, Jr. and Maude Lane Gay Lewis. He is survived by: his son Kevin Lewis (Jennifer) of Sims; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Lewis (Caleb Sharp) and Jonathan Lewis.
