He was predeceased by: his father Willie "Bill" Raymond Pittman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hayes Pittman; his children, Hope Parrish Jenkins (Joseph) of Lucama and Robbie Amerson (Joddy) of Nashville; his mother Geraldine Holloman Pittman of Rock Ridge; his grandchildren, Maggie Amerson, Dustin Bryant and Mitchell Amerson; and his sister Wendy Hare (Michael) of Wilson.
