She was predeceased by: her husband Malcolm Gardner; and her parents, Luther Watson and Nellie Rose Watson. She is survived by: her children, Katherine Brintle (Sam) of Mt. Airy and Larry Gardner (Barbara) of Wilson. She is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
